The Noritz NRCB180DV is a 95% AFUE condensing combination boiler that simultaneously provides domestic hot water and space heating for residential applications. A user can take a shower without a corresponding drop in room temperature, making it ideal for homes that do not store or deliver heat energy efficiently.
