5. Returns and Refunds

4. Ship to our Louisville facility at your expense

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee applies to commercial account returns over $1,000
• Allow 3-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account
